Making a Booking

Contact us to check availability or check online. Bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday. To secure booking we require a £200 non-refundable deposit. Balance of payment to be paid 30 days prior to arrival date.

Arrivals and Departures

Your apartment will be available at 4.00 pm on your arrival day. We ask that the apartment is vacated by 10.00am on your departure day to allow for housekeeping.

Laundry and Cleaning

All towels and linen are included in price. We offer a free of charge cleaning service on bookings over seven days.

Pets / Smoking

Sorry, there are no pets allowed and we ask that you refrain from smoking in the Lodges.

Vehicles / Personal Property

Your vehicle, accessories and contents are left at your own risk

Damages and Breakages

Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Please report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

Payment

Bacs, cheque or cash accepted. Please make cheque’s payable to Clouston Lodges

Every effort will always be made to honour bookings. We do however reserve the right to cancel should the property sustain damage or otherwise become unsuitable to accommodate your holiday. In such an event, we will refund any moneys paid in full. Any additional costs you may incur will be a matter for your holiday insurance arrangements.

In the event that you have to cancel your booking we will require at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to ensure full refund (minus non-refundable deposit).

Our three Lodges may also be available for short breaks in the off-peak season. Please contact us to check availability.
